Peel the shrimp, cut and remove the intestine. Cook rice noodles (half hard – they will soften later in the pan). Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Slice the onion and bell bell pepper. Crush the nuts and roast them on a dry frying pan. Set aside. Pour oil into a wok, squeeze garlic through a press and add peppers. Add the prawns to the glazed ingredients and fry. Add pasta and eggs. Stir until the eggs are set. Pour the sauce, add the sprouts and chopped chives. Fry for about a minute. When the dish is ready, put it on the plates. Sprinkle with nuts and coriander. Drizzle with lime juice and you are done. Enjoy!
